NOTHING GOES TO WASTE BELOW
TURKEY SOUP
 
Leftover bones & meat from roast turkey
5 oz. uncooked noodles
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 med. carrots, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put bones and meat in pot with water just to cover. Add salt and pepper. Simmer until meat comes off bone. Cool and pick out bones. Return to heat and add vegetables. Simmer until nearly done and add noodles. Cook until noodles are tender. Very rich and tasty as well as frugal.
