CARAMEL ICE CREAM ROLLS 
1/2 c. caramel topping
1/4 c. ground walnuts
2 lg. scoops vanilla ice cream

1. Put the ground nuts on a sheet of waxed paper.

2. Take 1 scoop of ice cream and roll it around in the nuts until it is completely coated. Work fast enough so that the ice cream does not melt.

3. Put ice cream ball in a sundae cup use a spoon to drip the caramel over the ice cream.

4. Put the cups in the freezer until the ice cream balls are firm.
