MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding, not instant
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
3 c. or less of boiling water
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. cold milk
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix Jello, puddings, and water and cook until thick. Cool. Whip Dream Whip with milk. Add to cooled mixture. Add mandarin oranges. Put in dish or mold. Chill.

VARIATION: Omit Dream Whip. Add 1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained and 2 bananas, sliced. For firmer salad, dissolve one envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, and add to cooling puddings.
