MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Bring water, puddings, and Jello to a boil. Cook and stir until thick. Cool. Add Cool Whip and oranges.

Strawberry Jello and fresh strawberries may be substituted for the orange Jello and mandarin oranges.
