BBQ RIBS FROM OVEN 
5 lbs. pork ribs
1 whole lemon
1 sm. onion

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Simmer ribs in large pot of water for 1 hour. Remove ribs and place in shallow pan, cover each rib section with a slice of lemon and a slice of onion. Drizzle small amounts of rib sauce on each. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting with rib sauce every 20 minutes, serve with boat of sauce on side.

SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients in small saucepan and simmer slowly until it thickens.
