CHICKEN A LA PREGO 
1 egg
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce (or another brand)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. In shallow bowl, beat egg. On waxed paper, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each piece of chicken in egg, then into crumb mixture to coat.

2. In 12 x 8 inch dish, spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Arrange chicken in sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken. Cover.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until fork tender. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
