SIMPLE SNAPPER FILLETS 
1 lb. fillet of snapper
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs or crouton
2 tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. butter

Lay fillet in a 2 quart flat glass baking dish. Sprinkle with crouton or bread crumbs. Pour wine over top. Melt butter in a glass measuring cup in the microwave, pour over snapper. Cook on high for 9-10 minutes covered with wax paper. Cook until snapper appears opaque. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
