TWO CRUST PASTRY | |
2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. Crisco 1/4 c. hot water Mix the flour and salt together. Cut in the Crisco, using 2 knives or a pastry blender. Add the hot water and mix well. Divide in half; roll out 1/2 on a floured surface, a little larger than the pie pan you are going to use for your pie. Place in pie pan, cutting it off to fit the pan. Roll out the other half to use for the upper crust. |
