SPINACH SALAD | |
2 bags fresh spinach, wash leaves and tear into lg. pieces (chill a day if possible) 2 sm. cans water chestnuts, cut up 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled 4 hard boiled eggs, cut up 5 fresh green onions, diced 1 can bean sprouts, drained DRESSING: 1 c. salad oil 1/2 c. vinegar 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. catsup Mix salad ingredients, adding eggs and bacon at the last minute. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. |
