CHILI QUESO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. instant garlic powder
Dash ground black pepper
1 c. finely chopped walnut or pecans

Cream together cheeses, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, garlic and pepper. Mix in chopped nuts. Shape into 1 large roll or several small ones. (If you make several small rolls, use extra chili powder to roll cheese in!) Roll in remaining tablespoon chili powder. Wrap in transparent wrap and chill. Slice into rounds and serve with thin crisp crackers.
