1 egg, beaten very light
2 c. fruit cocktail with juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nut meats

Mix egg and cocktail together. Mix dry ingredients, except brown sugar and nuts, into first mixture. Put in a 9x13 inch pan, cover with brown sugar and nut meats. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 24 servings.
