ICE CREAM CRUNCH CAKE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2/3 c. smooth peanut butter
6 c. crispy rice cereal
1 gallon vanilla ice cream

Melt chocolate and peanut butter together. Add cereal. Spread on a cookie sheet to cool. Break into small pieces. Soften ice cream; fold in all but 1 cup of cereal mix. Spread ice cream mixture in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining cereal on top. Refreeze. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries, if desired.
