MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S MANDARIN
ORANGE SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. frozen orange juice (with a sm. can, add water to make 1 c.)
2 (4 oz.) cans mandarin oranges

Dilute Jello with hot water. Add orange juice (and water, if needed). May use juice from oranges instead of cold water, if preferred. When partially set, add drained oranges.
