MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes tapioca pudding
2 3/4 c. water, including juice from oranges
1 c. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges
3 sm. boxes orange Jello

Boil juice, water, and tapioca until clear. Add Jello and 1/2 cup cold water. Cool until thick and add oranges and Cool Whip.
