LOW CHOLESTEROL BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt

Mix dry ingredients with spoon to blend.

Measure in 1 cup measure:

1/4 c. peanut or vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk

Stir liquid into the dry ingredients. Knead 5 or 6 times. Press on floured board or wax paper to 1/2 inch thickness. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 biscuits.
