LOW CHOLESTEROL CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar (white)
1 c. cool water
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add to the dry ingredients the vinegar, water, oil and vanilla and mix until mixture is smooth. Pour batter into baking pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. skim milk or Gran Marnier or other liqueur

Mix all together until smooth and use on cake or as a sauce with fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple or bananas.
