BANANAS FOSTER 
3-4 bananas, cut lengthwise and halved
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 dashes of cinnamon
1/4 c. banana liqueur (optional)
1/2 c. light rum

Peel bananas and slice in half lengthwise. Melt butter and brown sugar in shallow pan. Add bananas and saute briefly over hot flame. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour liqueur and rum over bananas. Ignite and baste with flaming liquid until flame burns out. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Makes 4 servings.
