BARBECUED CAJUN SPARERIBS 
2 c. catsup
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 lb. pork spareribs, trimmed
2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, set aside. Moisten spareribs with water. Sprinkle tenderizer evenly on all sides, pierce with fork (use no salt).

Place ribs in a roasting pan. Baste with half the sauce. Bake uncovered 2 hours or until tender. Baste occasionally with remaining sauce.
