MARIA'S CAJUN ROAST 
6 lb. pork roast
Large cooking bag
6 potatoes
6 carrots
6 sm. celery
6 cloves garlic
Cayenne powder
1/4 c. flour
6 green onions
2 c. white cooking wine
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flour in cooking bag and shake so flour coats bag. Leave excess flour in bag. Place celery in bottom of bag so the roast will rest on it. Rub roast down with cayenne powder. Cut 6 deep slits in roast. Place garlic at bottom of slits, then place green onions down in slits and cut off tops. Place roast in bag resting on celery. Then add potatoes and carrots around roast. Pour 2 cups wine with white sauce in around vegetables. Seal bag and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
