BERRIED DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip topping
2 pt. halved strawberries
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip topping

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan and chill 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoon milk until smooth and fold in 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust. Top with strawberries.

Prepare the instant pudding using 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over strawberries. Chill several hours or overnight. Before serving spread 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip over the pudding. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Makes 15 servings.
