PHILADELPHIA STICKY BUNS 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. whole pecans
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. water (warm)
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat milk until bubbles form on sides. Remove from heat and add sugar, salt and 1/4 cup butter. Cool to lukewarm.

Mix 1/4 cup warm water with yeast. Add to milk mixture. Mix in egg. Add 2 cups flour, mix out lumps and add remaining flour. Remove from bowl and knead until soft. Turn into greased bowl to rise.

Mix topping of 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar with wooden spoon. Spread into pan and top with pecans.

After dough has risen, roll out on floured surface to 12x14 inch. Spread with 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 12 pieces. Place cut side up in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Invert on a plate and remove pan. 12 rolls.
