OATMEAL PEANUT CRUNCHIES 
4 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter

Mix together oats, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Press into greased cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly. Melt butterscotch chips, add peanut butter. Spread on oat mixture. Put in refrigerator to set top. Cut into bars.
