GOOSE 
1 goose
2 c. water
1 can sauerkraut

Put 1 cup water and 1 goose stuffed with 1 can sauerkraut in open pan in 375 degree oven until brown all over. Do not baste. When brown, remove fat from pan. Add 1 cup water and season to taste. Cover pan and bake at 220 degrees until tender.
