ITALIAN GOOSE (OR DUCK) | |
Boil meat same way as for Goose & Noodles or BBQ Duck. After rinsing meat - shred and put into slow cooker. Add 1 package of Good Season's Italian Dressing, 1 cup water and 3 WHOLE hot peppers. Cook on low for 2 hours. Remove peppers. Spoon meat onto hamburger buns; top with Mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; put top bun on an eat.
