1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Fold all ingredients together. Pour into serving bowl. Chill.
