BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. orange marmalade

For Meatballs: In large bowl combine egg and milk, stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage and garlic powder; add meat and mix well. Shape into 1" meatballs; place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Drain on paper towel.

Meanwhile, combine barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, and water, stir in meatballs. Turn into a 1 quart freezer container, cover, seal and freeze.

Before Serving: In saucepan cook meatballs mixture over medium low heat about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork to separate. Skim off excess fat. Serve meatballs hot with wooden picks. Makes 42.
