ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops (3/4" - 1" thick)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. salt (or to taste)
10 whole cloves
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. orange rind

Sear pork chops on both sides. Put a small amount of water in pan and simmer 1 hour or until well done. Mix remaining ingredients and cook until thickened, pour over cooked pork chops and cook until bubbly.
