SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. squash (any kind) 1 med. onion 1 med. carrot, grated 3/4 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. seasoned crumbs 1/2 stick butter Salt and pepper to taste Cube and cook squash until tender - drain. Add together - grated onion, carrots, soup and sour cream to squash. Put in a greased casserole dish. Top with crumbs - dot top with butter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
