FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS 
6 med. onions, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
3 eggs, beaten
Milk
Salt and pepper
Flour

Separate onion slices into rings and cover with milk and let soak for 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and dip onions into eggs and then into flour. In flour add salt and pepper. Once onions are floured, fry onions in a shallow fry pan which contains oil that has been heated. Fry onions until light brown in color. Drain onion rings on paper towels and serve immediately.
