BLENDER LEMON PIE 
1 lemon, seeded and cut into pieces
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (sliced)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 pastry shell, unbaked (May use 6 individual pastry shells)

With blender set on blend, put ingredients in blender one at a time in order listed, blending thoroughly after each addition. Pour mixture and pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
