CHICKEN WITH A FLAIR 
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oil of sesame seed
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper
1 bay leaf (opt.)
1 can beer
1 whole chicken, cut up (3 or 4 lbs.)

Pour ingredients over chicken in medium sized pot. Bring to boil. Let boil for 5 minutes; then simmer for an hour with lid on pot. When done, chicken will fall from bones.

Strain sauce to eliminate bones and garlic. Put chicken back in sauce. Serve over rice or noodles. Do not pour all the sauce over rice. It becomes too soupy.
