PIZZA SAUCE 
1 gallon tomato juice
3 tsp. oregano
3 tsp. basil
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. parsley
4 tbsp. cooking oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1/8 c. hot sauce
1 chopped sweet pepper
1 chopped hot pepper
3 onions, chopped
3 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. can tomato paste (18 oz. or 1 lb. 2 oz.)

Cook over medium heat, stirring often to keep from sticking. Cook until paste is of thickness desired. Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal at once.
