PIZZA WITH SAUCE 
1 c. water

Dissolve 1 package dry yeast.

Add: 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar

Stir together well.

Beat in 2 cups flour---work in 1 1/2 cups more flour to make a nice dough.

Knead on a floured board until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Spread on 2 greased pizza pans.

SAUCE:

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix together and spread onto dough. Add meats and cheeses of your choice. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 25 minutes or until you feel it is done.

Note: Use 2 cookie sheets (with sides); slice the salami very thin; cut with scissors.
