PIZZA - PIZZA SAUCE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. mozzarella cheese for topping

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in oil. Sift flour, salt. Stir in water, oil mix. Stir and work together about 15 minutes. Shape in balls. Place in bowl and cover with damp cloth. Let rise until double size (about 2 hours). Form in balls again, about 3. Roll and bake in very hot oven (500 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients together. Can be doubled if you like a lot of sauce. Add any of your favorite toppings.
