BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen broccoli & cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 c. cooked rice
1 lg. jar mushroom pieces
2 (8 oz.) bags cheddar cheese

Cook the broccoli and cauliflower and drain. Simmer in butter the celery and onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients except 1 bag of cheese. Put in casserole dish. Top with remaining bag of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
