CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream the butter and the sugars. Add the eggs and the vanilla.

Mix together the flour, oatmeal (measure the oatmeal and then blend in a food processor until it is powdered), salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to the creamed mixture.

Mix together all ingredients, and add the chocolate chips, the grated Hershey bar, and the nuts. Make golf ball size, and bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.

It makes 112 chewy cookies.
