5 1/2 c. juice
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell

Add one box Sure Jell to juice. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Quickly add sugar to juice mixture. Bring to full rolling boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Skim off foam and pour into hot containers. Cover with 1/2" hot paraffin.
