PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
25 Oreos, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 gal. peppermint ice cream

TOPPING:

1 can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix butter and Oreo cookies. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with softened ice cream.

Topping: Boil first 2 ingredients for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over ice cream.
