CHICKEN RICE PILAF 
3/4 c. rice
1 onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Saute onion in butter. Add 3/4 cup rice and saute for a few minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth to rice. Place in a casserole in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cover while cooking.
