CHICKEN RICE PILAF 
4 breasts, remove skin
6 thighs, remove skin
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and brown rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare rice as per box instructions. While rice is cooking, mix in medium bowl cream soups; set aside. Put rice in bottom of roaster pan and cover rice with chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover and place in oven. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve with salad and rolls. Serves 4.
