CHICKEN DELIGHT 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup

Salt and pepper chicken to taste, and flour each piece as for frying. Melt butter in casserole and place floured chicken in it. Cover with can of mushroom soup (undiluted) and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Delightful chicken casserole browned to a golden color with a delicate mushroom flavor. Easy to prepare - appetizing to serve. Chicken breasts may be substituted for whole chickens.
