PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling
20 - 24 vanilla wafers

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon juice until fluffy. Line muffin tins with liners. Put 1 wafer in each. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. Cool, top each with tablespoon filling. Keep chilled.
