GINGER ALE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. ginger ale
1 c. drained diced peaches
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. diced celery
1 c. hot water

Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup of hot water. Add 1 cup of ginger ale. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in 1 cup of drained diced peaches, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, and 1/4 cup diced celery. Turn into one quart mold. Chill until set.
