CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD 
1 hen or turkey breast
5 eggs, boiled and chopped
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 c. chopped sweet pickles
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until tender; save broth. Chop into fine pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
