PIZZELLES 
1 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 doz. eggs
4 c. flour or 5 c. if using larger eggs
1 orange, squeezed

Melt butter. Mix with sugar and vanilla; let cool. Add dozen beaten eggs. Add flour. Mix well. Cook in pizzelle iron. Hot and buttered.
