ORANGE FLUFF 
2 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix crackers, sugar and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.

2 sm. boxes Jello
1 orange
1 lemon
2 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Whip together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add cooled Jello mixture. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Chill until firm. If desired top with mandarin oranges. May also use other types of Jellos like strawberry.
