ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Pinch of dill
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts

Drain off oil from 1 jar artichokes into skillet. Heat oil. Add onions and garlic (chopped); saute about 5 minutes. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, dill, crushed red pepper and bread crumbs. Fold in parsley and cheese. To this add the artichoke mixture.

Put this into a greased square pan and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and cut up. Serve hot or cold.
