LAZY PIGS IN BLANKET 
1/4 c. butter
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 sm. can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. rice, cooked
1 egg, well beaten
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Shred cabbage fine, fry in butter with 1/2 of diced onion until tender; set aside. Add salt and pepper to ground beef and the balance of dried onion, fry, drain fat; set aside. Combine cooked rice and meat mixture, add well beaten egg and the sour cream. Grease casserole, layer sauerkraut, cabbage, meat and rice mixture until used. Pour tomato sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
