OLD TIME POTATO SALAD 
6 slices bacon
1 sm. green peppers, diced
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 large potatoes, peeled, boiled and diced
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet fry bacon. Drain to 3 tablespoons drippings. Add onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir until golden brown about 5 minutes. Serves 6.
