EGG ROLLS 
1 med. onion
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can chop suey vegetables
2 carrots, grated
1/2 bunch (5 or 6) scallions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. egg roll skins

Brown onion, garlic and pork together. Skim off fat, add 3 tablespoons soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add chop suey vegetables and scallions. Cool and roll in egg roll skins. Dip finger in egg to seal. Deep fry until brown.
